Better health starts with better balance – specifically in our cells, gut and immune system. I help you to gently balance, restore and boost your body, increasing your chances of living a healthier, happier life. I also do massage for all kinds of muscle pains including headaches, migraines, tinnitus, and jaw problems (which can all be muscle related). Natural movement is with me all the time and here I can help you with simple tips and exercises to keep you moving naturally and enjoying life! I love combining different skills, knowledge and experience of the body, sleep, movement, breathing, mind and so on to help and inspire and guide you to make the changes required to take you from where you currently are in your life to where you want to be moving forward.

MASSAGE TREATMENTS

Therapeutic / Trigger Point / Deep Tissue / Relaxation (30, 45 and 60 minutes)
Jaw Massage (60 minutes) – recommended when you have tension headache, jaw pain, difficulty opening your mouth, clenching your teeth, tinnitus, snapping in the jaw joint, pain in your neck.
Breathing Massage (75 minutes) – used to help with respiratory problems such as asthma, exercise-induced asthma, breathing problems due to allergies to perfumes and chemicals, and chronic obstructive lung disease.
